Signing of credit coordination agreement between the State Bank and the Women's Union

BTO-On the afternoon of September 19, the State Bank of Vietnam, Binh Thuan Branch, and the Provincial Women's Union held a signing ceremony for credit activities between the two sides. Attending were Ms. Le Thi Hai Yen - Chairwoman of the Provincial Women's Union, Mr. Bui Xuan Chinh - Director of the State Bank of Vietnam, Binh Thuan Branch, representatives of relevant agencies and a number of credit institutions in the province.

The content of the signing of the coordination agreement aims to improve the effectiveness of coordination between the State Bank of Vietnam, Binh Thuan Branch and the Provincial Women's Union in contributing to promoting the implementation of gender equality goals for women in the financial and banking sectors, for the advancement of women in the banking sector and enhancing the capacity of the Provincial Women's Union at all levels in implementing microfinance activities in the period 2023 - 2027.

Effectively implement policies and laws on social policy credit activities. Credit for agricultural and rural development and other types of credit. Raise awareness and move towards implementing the national strategy on gender equality for the period 2021 - 2030. Strengthen information sharing, closely coordinate in communication work on the activities of the State Bank of Vietnam, Binh Thuan Branch and the Provincial Women's Union, social security work and other coordination activities...

The signing ceremony was also attended by credit institutions in the province.
