135th Anniversary of President Ho Chi Minh's Birthday: Party and State Leaders Visit Uncle Ho's Mausoleum

On the occasion of the 135th anniversary of President Ho Chi Minh's birthday (May 19, 1890 - May 19, 2025), on the morning of May 19, the delegation of the Party Central Committee, the President, the National Assembly, the Government, and the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front laid wreaths, visited President Ho Chi Minh's Mausoleum, and offered incense to commemorate heroic martyrs at the Monument to Heroic Martyrs (Bac Son Street, Hanoi).

Attending the ceremony were Politburo members: General Secretary To Lam; President Luong Cuong; Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh; National Assembly Chairman Tran Thanh Man; Permanent member of the Secretariat Tran Cam Tu; Secretary of the Party Central Committee, Chairman of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Do Van Chien.

Former General Secretary Nong Duc Manh; former National Assembly Chairmen: Nguyen Sinh Hung, Nguyen Thi Kim Ngan; former Standing member of the Secretariat Tran Quoc Vuong, along with Politburo members, Party Central Committee Secretaries, Vice Presidents, Vice Presidents of the National Assembly, Deputy Prime Ministers, Party and State leaders... and leaders of central departments, ministries, branches and organizations attended the funeral.

Before the spirit of President Ho Chi Minh, the delegation expressed their infinite gratitude and respectfully remembered his great contributions to the revolutionary cause of the Party and our nation. The delegation's wreath bore the inscription: "Forever grateful to the great President Ho Chi Minh".

Following the revolutionary path outlined by President Ho Chi Minh, in any circumstances, our Party has always been steadfast in the goal of national independence associated with socialism, creatively applying and developing Marxism-Leninism and Ho Chi Minh Thought. Imbued with and deeply imbued with his great contributions to the revolutionary cause of the Party and the nation, Party and State leaders and delegations expressed their determination and perseverance in following the path chosen by President Ho Chi Minh, joining hands, unanimity, and striving to build a peaceful, independent, unified, democratic, prosperous and strong Vietnam, steadily advancing towards socialism.

Leaders and former leaders of the Party and State commemorate President Ho Chi Minh

After visiting President Ho Chi Minh's Mausoleum, the delegation laid wreaths, offered incense, and commemorated the heroic martyrs at the Heroic Martyrs Monument on Bac Son Street. In a solemn atmosphere, the Party and State leaders expressed their gratitude to the nation's outstanding sons who did not spare their blood and bones, bravely fought and sacrificed for the cause of national liberation, for the independence and freedom of the Fatherland, and for the happiness of the people. The delegation's wreath bore the inscription: "Forever grateful to the heroic martyrs".

On the same morning, delegations from the Central Military Commission - Ministry of National Defense; Central Public Security Party Committee - Ministry of Public Security; Hanoi City Party Committee, People's Council, People's Committee... came to lay wreaths, visit President Ho Chi Minh's Mausoleum and commemorate heroic martyrs.
