High School Graduation Exam 2025: Third Exam Session Goes Smoothly

This morning, June 27, more than 22,000 candidates in the province completed the third exam session of the 2025 High School Graduation Exam (referred to as the Exam).

This is also the last exam for candidates taking the 2018 General Education Program.

Accordingly, candidates taking the exam under the 2018 General Education Program will take the final exam - the optional exam (optional exam 1, optional exam 2) in the form of multiple choice.

Candidates taking the 2006 General Education Program will take a combination test in Natural Sciences (Physics, Chemistry, Biology) or Social Sciences (History, Geography, Civic Education) in the form of multiple choice questions.

The total number of candidates registered to take the exam on the morning of June 27 was 45,103, of which 44,829 candidates were present, reaching 99.39%, and 274 were absent.

According to the assessment of teachers and candidates, the exam basically follows the structure, format, and orientation of the Ministry of Education and Training; the exam content is within the curriculum, mainly in grade 12.

This afternoon, June 27, candidates taking the 2006 General Education Program exam at the Provincial Continuing Education Center will take the final exam - Foreign Language in multiple-choice format, lasting 90 minutes, starting at 2:30 p.m.
