Since the announcement 160 was disseminated, the Standing Committee of La Gi Town Party Committee has clearly identified: Innovation in the content and methods of operation of the Front and mass organizations is not a slogan but must be put into practice, starting from the awareness and action of the entire political system. Party committees and authorities at all levels of the town have focused on integrating the content of mass mobilization, Front and mass organization work into resolutions, plans, and action programs for socio-economic development. Political responsibility is closely linked to administrative responsibility. Party cell activities and regular meetings at agencies and units have made this content a mandatory requirement, creating a profound change from awareness to action.

The biggest change is that the organizations “landed” at the grassroots level. The activities of the Front and organizations are no longer administrative and reporting, but are more oriented towards residential areas - where social life and close relationships with the people actually take place. Front and organization cadres are assigned to regularly attend activities at branches and groups, proactively “knock on every door”, grasp the thoughts and aspirations of the people. From there, they promptly advise the Party Committee and government to solve problems arising right at the grassroots level, avoiding them accumulating into hot spots.

Over the past 5 years, La Gi has maintained good coordination regulations between the government and the Fatherland Front and mass organizations. From coordinating voter contacts, periodic dialogues between leaders and people, to resolving complaints and disputes - all demonstrate the spirit of "not leaving people alone". Associations and mass organizations such as the Women's Union, Farmers' Association, Youth Union, Veterans' Association, etc. all have clear positions in participating in state management. Things that seem "beyond their scope" such as giving opinions on draft laws, participating in local policy criticism, and monitoring community investment have all become regular activities. In particular, the model of the Community Investment Monitoring Board and the People's Inspection Board has been consolidated, promoted effectively, and practically monitored projects and programs directly related to people's lives.

In addition, in the age of technology, the propaganda and mobilization activities of the Front and organizations are also forced to change. Digital platforms such as the Party website, Facebook, Zalo, and Youtube have become official information channels, attracting a large number of followers. Information about typical examples, new policies, and the "Smart Mass Mobilization" movement... are updated promptly and spread quickly.

Protect the legitimate rights of the people

Over the past 5 years, the Fatherland Front and socio-political organizations in La Gi have continuously strengthened their role in representing and protecting the legitimate rights and interests of union members, association members and people. Through cooperation with the Social Policy Bank, mass organizations have helped thousands of households access preferential loans to develop production. Social security and humanitarian work has been organized systematically, providing timely support to the poor, people in special circumstances, disadvantaged students, victims of natural disasters, etc. Not only providing material support, organizations have also actively participated in mediation, education, transfer of technical advances, building effective production models, etc., contributing to creating changes in people's livelihoods and quality of life.

The role of social criticism and participation in Party and government building has been promoted in the spirit of Decisions 217 and 218 of the Politburo. Supervision and comments are no longer formal but actually focus on practical issues, from planning, land, education, health care to policy implementation for vulnerable groups. From dialogues and regular activities to official comments to Party committees and governments, the voice of the Front and organizations has gained more weight and value. Typical models and individuals in mass mobilization work have been praised and spread - arousing the spirit of self-awareness, creativity and attachment to the community of the people.

In the coming time, along with the process of reorganizing provincial administrative units, La Gi town will face many new opportunities and challenges. The support of the Front and socio-political organizations will continue to be a solid foundation, contributing to building a strong Party and government, promoting socio-economic development, maintaining national defense and security, and above all, improving the material and spiritual life of the people.
