Food tested positive for borax again at industrial catering facility in Dong Nai

The owner of the facility declared that the fried sausage product was provided by Ms. MTBH at Bui Chu market, Bac Son commune. The inspection team requested the facility to thoroughly clean the production area, food storage, and equip equipment to prevent insects and harmful animals from entering. Then, report in writing with photos as evidence to the Department of Health and the Trang Bom District Health Department for monitoring before May 13, 2025.

At the same time, the company is required to fully equip items to contain and preserve food, and strictly comply with food safety regulations.

The provincial interdisciplinary inspection team immediately transferred the inspection record to Trang Bom District Health Department to make a record of administrative violations, advise the Chairman of the District People's Committee to handle according to regulations, and supervise the owner's correction according to regulations.
