Lam Dong Province has a new Director of the Public Administrative Service Center.

Vice Chairman of Lam Dong Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Ngoc Phuc presents the decision to the Director of the Provincial Public Administrative Service Center.

Comrade Nguyen Ngoc Phuc, Provincial Party Committee member and Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, attended and presented the decision.

According to a decision by the Chairman of the People's Committee of Lam Dong province, Mr. Nguyen Huu Tuan has been appointed to the position of Director of the Provincial Public Administrative Service Center.

Comrade Nguyen Huu Tuan is a well-trained official who has held various positions in provincial agencies, including: Specialist and Notary Public at Notary Office No. 1 - Department of Justice; Internal Affairs Specialist at the Provincial People's Committee Office; Deputy Head of the Provincial Citizen Reception Board; Deputy Director and Acting Director of the Provincial Public Administrative Service Center; and most recently, Party Secretary and Deputy Director in charge of the Center.

The restructuring of the leadership personnel at this Center aims to further improve the efficiency of the one-stop and integrated one-stop service departments, contributing to the acceleration of administrative reform and the improvement of service quality for citizens and businesses.

In his remarks assigning the new Director, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Ngoc Phuc requested that the new Director of the Public Administrative Service Center utilize his abilities and strengths, lead the unit in unity, and strive to perform all assigned tasks well. In particular, he urged continued focus on receiving and processing administrative procedures; strengthening monitoring and supervision of the progress of file processing, especially those directly related to the rights and interests of citizens and businesses.

In his acceptance speech, Comrade Nguyen Huu Tuan, Director of the Provincial Public Administrative Service Center, affirmed that he and the unit's staff would inherit and build upon the achievements already made, striving for innovation and improved operational efficiency.

This includes focusing on improving the quality of administrative procedures through the one-stop and integrated one-stop mechanisms; promoting the application of information technology and digital transformation; building a team of civil servants and public employees with a high sense of responsibility, who dare to think and act, are professional and dedicated, and using the satisfaction of citizens and businesses as a measure of work efficiency.
