(LĐ online) - On August 22, the Lam Dong Provincial Party Committee officially approved a Resolution adjusting the investment policy for two key expressway projects, Tan Phu - Bao Loc and Bao Loc - Lien Khuong. This adjustment aims to ensure the feasibility and effectiveness of the projects, while contributing to promoting the socio-economic development of the province.

The delegates highly agreed on the investment policy and the adjustment of the investment policy under the public-private partnership (PPP) form of the Provincial Party Standing Committee.
The Bao Loc - Lien Khuong Expressway Project has been approved for investment by the Provincial People's Council, while the Tan Phu - Bao Loc Expressway Project has been approved for investment by the Prime Minister . The total length of both projects is 140km.

Adjustments to investment policies for the Tan Phu - Bao Loc and Bao Loc - Lien Khuong Expressway Projects are intended to ensure that they will be implemented effectively and in accordance with regulations.
Accordingly, some adjustments to the investment policy for the Tan Phu - Bao Loc and Bao Loc - Lien Khuong Expressway Projects under the public-private partnership method include: Adjusting the total investment and updating compensation and site clearance costs according to current unit prices; Adjusting the area of forest use conversion to other purposes; Adjusting the capital structure and supplementing the revenue sharing mechanism to increase and decrease according to the provisions of the 2020 PPP Law.

Adjusting investment policies for these projects will help improve the quality of transport infrastructure, contributing to the economic and social development of Lam Dong province.
To promote the implementation process and determine to complete the project on schedule, Acting Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Nguyen Thai Hoc emphasized the spirit of "500 days and nights" that the Prime Minister launched, calling on the entire Party, government, and people to join hands and contribute.

He emphasized: "The Prime Minister has launched a 500-day and night peak emulation campaign to build the expressway. The Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee has also directed the Provincial People's Committee to deploy a plan to respond to the Prime Minister's launch of this emulation campaign. The entire Lam Dong province must demonstrate its determination to successfully implement this plan of the province.
On the basis of responding to the Prime Minister's 500-day emulation campaign; I propose that the Provincial People's Committee preside over and develop a plan to launch throughout the Party, calling on the entire army and people to join hands and compete to successfully implement 3 contents: Emulation to welcome the Lam Dong Provincial Party Congress; Emulation in the peak period to respond to the organization of the Flower and Music Festival; and emulation to complete the construction of 2 expressway projects".
