On the morning of October 11, at the closing session of the 1st Lam Dong Provincial Party Congress, the Politburo 's decision to appoint delegates to attend the 14th National Party Congress was announced.

Accordingly, the Politburo appointed 1 ex-officio delegate, 45 official delegates and 4 alternate delegates. The ex-officio delegate is Mr. Y Thanh Ha Nie K'dam, member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Head of the National Assembly Delegation of the 15th term of Lam Dong province.

Delegates voted to pass the resolution of the 1st Lam Dong Provincial Party Congress, term 2025 - 2030.

In the 2025 - 2030 term, the Congress agreed on the development goals: Building a clean and strong Party organization, leading comprehensive development, taking stability as the foundation, taking socio-economic development as the central task, taking happiness and prosperity of the people as the goal to strive for, by 2030, Lam Dong province will become a fairly developed province, one of the dynamic growth poles of the region in the era of national development.

The Lam Dong Provincial Party Committee, Term I, also affirmed that each task is planned with breakthrough and synchronous solutions, demonstrating the highest political determination and the strongest desire to contribute. The entire Party Committee is imbued with the spirit of "three focuses - three publicities - one measure" under the direction of General Secretary To Lam, while closely following the six key orientations that Comrade Nguyen Hoa Binh - Politburo member, Permanent Deputy Prime Minister, stated at the Congress.

The 1st Lam Dong Provincial Party Congress identified 3 breakthroughs: mobilizing all resources to invest in construction and development of a synchronous and modern infrastructure system, prioritizing investment in strategic transport infrastructure, inter-regional connectivity associated with construction and development of new urban areas, concentrated residential areas, tourism and service complexes, and strongly developing science and technology, innovation.

In addition, Lam Dong province determined to: promote administrative reform, completely remove bottlenecks and barriers, especially in planning, compensation, site clearance, and resettlement to promote resources, taking people and businesses as the center. Develop and promulgate mechanisms and policies to attract large-scale private economic groups with investment capacity and experience. Strongly innovate personnel work, especially in the work of evaluating, planning, training, and using the right people for the right job, while at the same time promoting talented people, protecting cadres who dare to make breakthroughs in development, dare to take responsibility for the common good...

The Congress aims to set out guidelines, policies and goals for the country's development in the new era, realizing the 100-year strategic goals under the Party's leadership. After the National Congress, the Lam Dong Provincial Delegation will seriously fulfill its responsibilities, promptly report the results, widely propagate the resolutions and documents of the Congress to all cadres, party members and people.
