On the morning of November 20, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Chairman of the People's Committee of Lam Dong province, Ho Van Muoi, directly went to the scene of the serious landslide on Mimosa pass (Xuan Huong ward - Da Lat) to inspect and direct the remedial work.

The Chairman of Lam Dong Provincial People's Committee requested relevant units to concentrate maximum forces and means, immediately deploy solutions to quickly clear the route, ensuring traffic safety.
"Construction must strictly follow technical procedures, prioritize safety, and develop a comprehensive plan to completely handle landslides and limit recurrence," Mr. Muoi emphasized.

Chairman of Lam Dong Provincial People's Committee Ho Van Muoi assigned the Road Maintenance Board to mobilize contractors, machinery, specialized vehicles, and closely coordinate with functional forces and local authorities to speed up construction progress and urgently open Mimosa Pass while Prenn Pass is still temporarily closed.
Previously, on the night of November 19, at Km 226+500 on Mimosa Pass, a serious landslide occurred, cutting off traffic.
The entire road surface was completely broken, about 50m wide, about 30m deep, and the length of the landslide was about 100m.

After the landslide occurred, Lam Dong Provincial Police mobilized human resources and vehicles to approach the scene, set up warnings and regulate traffic.
On the morning of November 20, the landslide area was still blocked off. Specialized agencies were urgently assessing the level of subsidence and proposing appropriate technical solutions.
