The pavilion will welcome guests, partners who are film producers, distributors, organizers of the International Film Festival, the press and media, and those interested in Vietnamese Cinema and Tourism ... during the Film Market.
The delegation will also introduce Vietnamese films that have been successful at Vietnamese Film Festivals, International Film Festivals and showcase the latest film “Island of the Immigrants”; introduce three film projects selected for different areas of the Cannes International Film Festival, including: “The Third Wife”, “The Taste” and “The Coolie Who Doesn’t Know How to Cry”.
An important annual film event of Vietnam, the Hanoi International Film Festival (HANIFF), will also be introduced by the delegation in Cannes.

These activities will take place in an event called “Vietnam Night” at the Cannes International Film Festival. “Vietnam Night” not only brings international friends information about Vietnamese cinema, about the latest highly rated films by Vietnamese filmmakers, but also introduces Vietnam as a new land for film settings, with the spirit of “Vietnam - a new destination for blockbusters”. Beautiful scenery, cuisine , people... are all systematically included in the promotional program. Beautiful images of the Trang An - Tam Coc - Bich Dong scenic complex, Ha Long, Son Doong or the Logo Introducing the Hanoi International Film Festival (HANIFF) are printed on a large billboard placed in front of the Majestic Barriere Hotel, opposite the Film Festival Palace, at the location associated with stars and guests when taking photos on the red carpet.
Also within the framework of the trip, the Department of Cinema (Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism of Vietnam) and the French National Center for Cinema and Animation also signed a memorandum of understanding to develop a strong relationship between the two countries in the field of cinema.
