This is a professional tournament for domestic players to participate in with the aim of finding talents for the national team. The tournament applies the billiards & snooker competition rules issued by the General Department of Sports and Physical Training in 2009 and the current billiard pool competition rules. It is expected that about 64 players will compete in the competition format of 9 low balls, film, 3 kitchen points and alternate break.

Players will have many opportunities to compete in a 2-loss format and from the round of 16, they will compete in a knockout round on the King table. The prize for the champion is 20 million VND and the trophy. The runner-up will receive 10 million VND and the third place will receive 5 million VND. From 5th to 8th place will receive a consolation prize, each prize is 1 million VND. 9th to 16th place will receive a voucher from the club.

In addition, at this year's tournament, the organizers for the first time added the beauty queen award to the list of awards for the most beautiful players voted by the organizers in the top 16 final players. The tournament will take place from June 5 to 7.
