It is true that the company has faced many difficulties in the past 3 years. However, with the orientation of producing nutritious and healthy products, Sanvinest still has many opportunities, especially when the recent market consumption trend is very interested in high-quality products of natural origin.
Last year, the Board of Directors and the Board of Management of the company determined to continue expanding the customer system in the market areas assigned by Khanh Hoa Salanganes Nest Company Limited. Proposed implementing programs to stimulate sales of Sanvinest bird's nest products according to specific promotional mechanisms; implemented promotional programs, enhanced reputation, and spread the Sanvinest brand nationwide. In 2022, the Company actively researched new products under the Sanvinest brand and prepared machinery and packaging designs so that when the research was completed, the products would be produced and brought to market.
In addition, Sanvinest Khanh Hoa continues to apply increasingly effective sales management software and build a more and more sustainable distribution system; upgrade the website, pay attention to online sales department personnel to exploit this sales channel most effectively; apply 4.0 technology to the company's management, production and business activities. Along with that, the Company accelerates the process of building a Sanvinest bird's nest house chain that meets high standards and quality; implements a product linkage chain, builds a process of tracing the origin of bird's nest products towards serving export.
On the other hand, in 2022, the Company has built an additional bird's nest processing factory in Song Cau Industrial Park (Khanh Vinh District) with a total investment of 220 billion VND. It is expected that by the end of the fourth quarter of 2023, the projects will be put into operation.
