The Northeastern Mountainous Young Entrepreneurs Cluster includes Cao Bang, Bac Kan, Ha Giang , Tuyen Quang and Lang Son. These are localities that have maintained a GRDP growth rate of more than 8% in the past few years, with many economic and social indicators exceeding the set plan.
These are also the areas focusing on infrastructure investment, public capital disbursement, investment environment reform and strong trade and tourism development.
Besides, this is also an area with great potential for development, especially in tourism, agriculture, forestry and border trade; enjoying many preferential development policies from the Central and local governments.
However, the region is also facing many challenges in the process of production, business, technology application and integration such as: rugged terrain, unsynchronized traffic, low quality of human resources, lack of technical labor, fragmented agricultural production, not linked to the value chain.
In addition, the Northeast mountainous region currently has weak investment attraction, few FDI projects, spending depends heavily on the central budget; climate change and natural disasters often affect production, life and transportation of goods of enterprises.

The forum recorded presentations from the Young Entrepreneurs Association of provinces in the Northeast mountainous cluster with a number of issues such as: Developing border gate logistics and processing industry associated with local resources; Capital access policy for small businesses in mountainous areas; Taking advantage of digital transformation to shorten the distance between remote areas ...
In addition, delegates also discussed ideas so that mountainous areas are not "left behind" in the digitalization and integration process.

This is an opportunity for Lang Son province's enterprises and the Young Entrepreneurs Associations of the provinces in the cluster to express their views, make suggestions, and demonstrate their thinking on the contents revolving around the four breakthrough Resolutions identified by the Politburo as the "Quad Pillars" of national development, including Resolution 57-NQ/TW on promoting science, technology and innovation; Resolution 59-NQ/TW on proactively integrating deeply into the international community; Resolution 66-NQ/TW on comprehensive innovation in law-making and enforcement; Resolution 68-NQ/TW on strongly developing the private economic sector.
Speaking at the Forum, Comrade Doan Thanh Son, Vice Chairman of the People's Committee of Lang Son province, said that the province will continue to grasp the wishes and requirements of the business sector to serve the process of building, directing and implementing the socio-economic development process effectively, thereby helping to improve the investment and business environment in the area.

Along with that, Lang Son province commits to always accompany businesses, creating a favorable, transparent and fair business environment on the basis of listening and absorbing opinions of all parties to adjust policies in accordance with reality.
The Vietnam Private Economic Forum 2025 is organized by the Vietnam Young Entrepreneurs Association with the theme "Unleashing Potential - Creating Vietnam's Future". The forum is designed with a modern, in-depth three-round structure: Local Dialogue, Ministry-level Dialogue, and Government-level plenary session.
According to the Vietnam Young Entrepreneurs Association, the organization of the Forum not only aims to reflect the thoughts and recommendations of businesses, but also aims to create a policy ecosystem of criticism - proposal - action that is practical and connected between all levels.
