Dong Da ward leaders visit some religious organizations

On July 11, the working delegation of the Party Committee - People's Council - People's Committee - Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Dong Da ward led by comrade Nguyen Ngoc Viet, Party Committee Secretary, Chairman of the People's Council of the ward, visited Thai Ha Parish and the Vietnam Buddhist Sangha in Dong Da, Hai Ba Trung, Thanh Xuan (old) areas at Linh Quang Pagoda (Van Chuong 2 alley, Van Mieu - Quoc Tu Giam ward).

At the places visited, Party Secretary and Chairman of Dong Da Ward People's Council Nguyen Ngoc Viet sent greetings and best wishes to the priests, dignitaries, and Catholics at Thai Ha Parish; the abbot and monks and nuns at Linh Quang Pagoda.

Providing general information about Dong Da ward and the results in the first 10 days of implementing the two-level local government model, comrade Nguyen Ngoc Viet affirmed that the Party Committee, government, departments, branches and unions of the ward always pay great attention, support and create the best conditions for religious organizations and religious people to operate in accordance with the provisions of the Constitution and the law.

The Party Secretary of the ward hopes that in the coming time, the priests at Thai Ha Parish and the abbot and monks and nuns at Linh Quang Pagoda will continue to promote the tradition of patriotism, actively build, preserve and expand the great national unity bloc, actively participate in the patriotic emulation movement and ensure social order and safety, build a cultural neighborhood, and contribute to the successful implementation of socio -economic targets in the ward.
