Leaders of Kep province (Cambodia) wish Lunar New Year to Kien Giang province

On January 14, a delegation of Kep province (Kingdom of Cambodia) led by Mr. Som Piseth - Governor of Kep province visited and celebrated the Lunar New Year 2025 in Kien Giang province.

Speaking at the New Year greetings, on behalf of the Council, Provincial Government, officials, armed forces and people of Kep province, Mr. Som Piseth - Governor of Kep province sent best wishes to the leaders, cadres, civil servants, public employees, soldiers and people of Kien Giang province for good health; to successfully complete all tasks assigned by the Party and the State. Wishing the solidarity and brotherly friendship between Kep province (Cambodia) and Kien Giang province (Vietnam) to last forever.

Mr. Som Piseth emphasized: In recent times, the two provinces of Kep and Kien Giang have had many comprehensive cooperations, creating strong development. Kien Giang province has given both spiritual and material support to the Government and people of Kep province.

Receiving the delegation, Mr. Giang Thanh Khoa - Vice Chairman of Kien Giang Provincial People's Committee expressed his thanks to Mr. Som Piseth and the delegation members for visiting and wishing the leaders of Kien Giang Provincial People's Committee a Happy New Year on the occasion of the traditional Vietnamese New Year. The activity contributed to deepening the traditional relationship between Kien Giang and Kep provinces.

Leaders of the People's Committee and departments, branches and sectors of Kien Giang province took souvenir photos with the delegation of Kep province.

With the good neighborly relationship and traditional friendship between the two countries in general and the two provinces of Kien Giang and Kep in particular, Mr. Giang Thanh Khoa hopes that in the coming time, the two provinces will continue to promote exchanges, research and cooperation in areas of potential and strength, in accordance with the needs and interests of each side, in order to develop the two provinces quickly and sustainably.

On this occasion, the delegation of Kep province presented flowers and Tet gifts to the People's Committee of Kien Giang province, the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Kien Giang province and the Provincial Military Command.
