Provincial leaders visit and present gifts to children in special circumstances.

- On the afternoon of May 28th, a provincial delegation led by Mr. Duong Xuan Huyen, Member of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee and Permanent Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Council, visited and presented gifts to children with special circumstances at the Lang Son Hope Center and the Loc Binh Hope Center on the occasion of Children's Day on June 1st.

The delegation included representatives from the Department of Health , the Provincial Labor Union, the Office of the National Assembly Delegation and the Provincial People's Council, Xuan Cuong Friendship Joint Stock Company, and the Party Committee and government of Huu Lung commune.

Comrade Duong Xuan Huyen, Member of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee and Permanent Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Council, delivered a speech at the visit and gift-giving ceremony.

The Lang Son Hope Center and the Loc Binh Hope Center, founded by Mr. Nguyen Trung Chatt, currently provide care and support for over 50 orphaned children and those with special circumstances. With the attention and support of the province, local Party committees and authorities, and philanthropists, the centers have maintained stable operations, helping the children to study, train, and develop comprehensively. Many children have grown up, overcome their insecurities and difficulties, found stable jobs, and confidently built better futures.

During the visit, the Standing Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Council cordially inquired about and encouraged the children, wishing them good health, perseverance in overcoming difficulties, and striving to become good citizens. He also highly appreciated the efforts and dedication of Mr. Nguyen Trung Chat in guiding, caring for, and educating the children, helping them to have a safe and healthy living environment. He hoped that the local Party committee, government, and businesses would continue to pay attention and cooperate to create the best conditions for the center's operation and for the children's learning and recreation.
