According to the report, in Krong No district, there is one unit assigned the function of organizing elementary vocational training and training under 3 months, which is the Center for VocationalEducation - Continuing Education (GDNN-GDTX). From 2016 to present, the center has organized 61 training classes for more than 2,000 students who are rural workers; in 2021, no training was organized due to the Covid-19 pandemic.

In 2024, the People's Committee of Krong No district assigned the Vocational Education and Continuing Education Center to coordinate with departments, offices and localities to review and survey the vocational training needs of rural workers and conduct enrollment. As a result, the center organized 10 vocational training classes for more than 320 students, reaching 105% of the plan assigned by Dak Nong province.
Reporting to the leaders of the Provincial People's Committee, Mr. Nguyen Xuan Danh, Vice Chairman of the People's Committee of Krong No district, said that in recent years, vocational training for rural workers has achieved positive results, contributing to improving the quality and qualifications of workers. Many vocational training classes have attracted a large number of students thanks to their suitability to the actual needs and demands of the labor market.

However, according to the Vice Chairman of the People's Committee of Krong No district, vocational training in Krong No district is facing some difficulties and obstacles, similar to many other localities. In particular, due to difficulties in current regulations, the Center for Continuing Education and Vocational Training of Krong No district has not been allocated capital to upgrade facilities, invest in and purchase teaching equipment.

Concluding the meeting, Ms. Ton Thi Ngoc Hanh requested the Department of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs and the People's Committee of Krong No district to continue promoting propaganda and raising people's awareness of vocational education. Units and localities should proactively cooperate with businesses and employers to ensure that students have jobs after training.
"To create favorable conditions for people to learn a trade and at the same time effectively exploit the facilities, the Department of Labor - Invalids and Social Affairs together with related units should research, advise and propose a plan to coordinate with Dak Nong Community College to provide vocational training at primary and intermediate levels in the locality. If this plan is implemented, not only rural workers will be trained in a trade but localities will also be able to implement the student streaming project of Dak Nong province", Vice Chairwoman of the Provincial People's Committee Ton Thi Ngoc Hanh suggested.
