Leaders of the Provincial People's Committee attended the farewell ceremony for high school students of Ninh Thuan province to study abroad in Taiwan.

On the morning of October 10, Minh AnhEducation Investment and Development Company Limited (Minh Anh Company), the Department of Education and Training and Chu Van An High School (Phan Rang-Thap Cham City) jointly organized a farewell ceremony for high school students of Ninh Thuan province who are studying abroad at Minh Tan University of Science and Technology (Taiwan, China). Attending the farewell ceremony were comrade Nguyen Long Bien, member of the Provincial Party Committee, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee and representatives of leaders of departments, branches, localities and educational institutions in the province.

From 2019-2023, Minh Anh Company sent 17 students from Ninh Thuan province to study abroad at Minh Tan University of Science and Technology. Of which, 4 students have graduated from university and are continuing their graduate studies. Some students have graduated from university and are currently working and continuing their studies in Taiwan. In 2024, Minh Anh Company coordinated with the Department of Education and Training and educational institutions to enroll 26 students from Ninh Thuan province to study abroad at Minh Tan University of Science and Technology in the following majors: Semiconductor and photovoltaic engineering, electronic engineering, construction and environmental resource management, information technology and applied materials technology. Minh Anh Company supported 15/17 students studying abroad in the first phase (in October 2024) with financial loans with an interest rate of 0% with a total amount of more than 1.26 billion VND; The remaining 9 students will study abroad in the second batch in February 2025.

Comrade Nguyen Long Bien, member of the Provincial Party Committee, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee and delegates attended the farewell ceremony for students.

Speaking at the farewell ceremony, the Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee emphasized that the study abroad program at Minh Tan University of Science and Technology was identified by the Provincial Party Committee and the Provincial People's Committee as a direction consistent with the province's policies and orientations in training and vocational training associated with job creation and labor export. The program is necessary and appropriate in the current period.

On behalf of the provincial People's Committee, the Vice Chairman of the provincial People's Committee acknowledged, commended and highly appreciated Minh Anh Company, Minh Tan University of Science and Technology, the Department of Education and Training, departments, branches, localities and educational institutions in the province for actively implementing and achieving important initial results for this study abroad program. He hoped that students would always be proud and promote the nation's tradition of studiousness, strive to study, research, acquire new knowledge and technology to contribute to the development of their homeland and country in the future; always uphold the spirit of solidarity, sharing, mutual love and strictly comply with school regulations and laws of the territory; at the same time, maintain close ties between families, schools and agencies and businesses where they study and practice.

Comrade Nguyen Long Bien, member of the Provincial Party Committee, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee and leaders of Minh Anh Education Investment and Development Company Limited presented gifts to students.

He also requested Minh Anh Company to always pay special attention to students, act as a bridge connecting students with their families, schools and localities; regularly provide information to the Department of Education and Training to grasp students' thoughts and aspirations during their studies and promptly resolve any difficulties and problems that arise. Departments, branches, localities, and educational institutions actively provide information and propaganda to create a stronger spread so that parents and students can grasp information, fully understand the meaning and goals to register to participate in this program; pay attention to support and create favorable conditions for students to feel secure and confident when deciding to study abroad.
