Lao Cai needs to recruit nearly 500 teachers for 2025

Recruitment contributes to supplementing human resources for theeducation sector.

Of which, there are 55 preschool teachers, 107 elementary school teachers, 194 junior high school teachers, and 137 high school teachers. Specifically, for districts, towns, and cities, 363 preschool, elementary school, junior high school, and high school teachers are needed; the Department of Education and Training is recruiting 130 high school teachers.

Recruitment by selection is carried out in 2 rounds. Round 1 checks the eligibility requirements on the application form according to the requirements of the job position to be recruited. If the eligibility requirements are met, the candidate is allowed to participate in round 2. The results of round 1 are determined as passing or failing.

Round 2 is a written exam on a 100-point scale. The exam content tests the candidate's knowledge and professional skills according to the requirements of the job position.

The recruitment of nearly 500 teachers helps improve the quality of education at schools.

The Department of Education and Training, the People's Committees of districts and towns shall make a list of candidates registering for the exam, and send the registration forms to the Department of Home Affairs before June 23. The Provincial Recruitment Council shall complete the examination of the conditions and standards of candidates in round 1, make a list and notify qualified candidates for round 2 before June 30; announce the results of round 2 before July 10; organize re-examination (if any) within 15 days from the date of announcement of round 2 results. The marking and announcement of re-examination results must be completed before August 1.
