Lap Thach improves the effectiveness of self-criticism and criticism

“To have close solidarity within the Party, it is necessary to unify ideology, expand self-criticism and criticism”, imbued with the ideology of President Ho Chi Minh , Party committees and organizations at all levels in Lap Thach district always pay attention to self-criticism and criticism in Party activities. At the same time, they consider this a regular and continuous task; a sharp weapon in the work of Party building and rectification and improving the leadership, governing capacity and fighting strength of Party organizations and Party members.

The Party cell of Ngoc Lien village, Lien Hoa commune (Lap Thach) has 90 party members. As a party cell with a large number of party members, for many years now, the leadership capacity, governing capacity, and fighting strength of the Party organization and party members in the cell have been improved, clearly demonstrated in the leadership and direction of the implementation of political tasks in the locality.

Thai Hoa - Lien Son - Lien Hoa Industrial Park, Lien Hoa commune has more than 29 hectares of agricultural land subject to site clearance for the project, mainly concentrated in Ngoc Lien village.

Identifying this as an important political task, the Party cell of Ngoc Lien village has promoted the leadership role, pioneering spirit, and exemplary leadership of cadres and party members in propaganda, mobilization and implementation. Up to now, the majority of households have agreed to support the policy of land clearance to implement the socio-economic development project.

Secretary of the Ngoc Lien Village Party Cell, Ha Duc Tuan, said: It is the solidarity within the Party Cell that has helped the leadership and direction of the implementation of tasks to be more unified, faster and more effective. To create solidarity and unity within the Party organization, in recent years, the Ngoc Lien Village Party Cell has seriously and effectively carried out self-criticism and criticism within the Party.

At the Party cell meetings, instead of being considerate or avoiding, Party members have promoted the spirit of setting an example by seriously implementing the principles of self-criticism and criticism in a constructive spirit, contributing ideas to improve themselves together and complete the assigned work well. Thanks to seriously implementing self-criticism and criticism, the Party cell of Ngoc Lien village has always promoted the strength of solidarity within the organization.

Similar to the Party Cell of Ngoc Lien village, Lien Hoa commune, the maintenance of self-criticism and criticism in Party work has been thoroughly implemented by the Party Committee of Ban Gian commune to each Party cell, each cadre and Party member.

According to Standing Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of Ban Gian Commune Phan Cong Chung: To improve the quality and effectiveness of self-criticism and criticism in Party activities, in addition to promoting the positivity, responsibility and exemplary role of Party leaders, the Party Committee focuses on innovating political and ideological education for cadres and Party members.

The Party Committee regularly disseminates the purpose, meaning, principles, content, and form of self-criticism and criticism in the spirit of Party members building together, putting the interests of the Party organization first.

Encourage party members, especially young party members, to be bold in self-criticism and criticism, frankly point out shortcomings, shortcomings, and limitations, to work together to build a clean and strong Party cell and organization. Every year, the Party Committee of the commune strengthens the inspection and supervision of party cells and party members, including the implementation of the principle of self-criticism and criticism in Party activities.

Thoroughly grasping President Ho Chi Minh's thoughts on self-criticism and criticism, Party committees and organizations at all levels of Lap Thach district regularly pay attention to building clean and strong Party branches and organizations, associated with implementing Resolution of the Central Committee 4 (term XII) on strengthening Party building and rectification and Directive 05 of the Politburo.

The District Party Committee requires branches and Party Committees to promote self-criticism and criticism during Party cell meetings, considering it an important political task that must be carried out regularly and continuously.

Every year, the Standing Committee of the District Party Committee strengthens self-criticism and criticism of collectives and individuals in conjunction with year-end and ad hoc reviews. Thereby, self-criticism and criticism have become regular activities, contributing to the fight against thoughts and behaviors that deviate from standards, gradually preventing and repelling corruption and negative behaviors.
