On the occasion of the 50th anniversary of national reunification (April 30, 1975 - April 30, 2025), the special art program Chamber Symphony Unification Song took place at the Southern Military Theater on the evening of April 21.
The event brought together a prestigious cast of artists including the Army Symphony Orchestra, People's Artist Duong Minh Duc, Meritorious Artist Vu Thang Loi, Meritorious Artist Pham Khanh Ngoc, Meritorious Artist Van Mai, Meritorious Artist Dinh Hoai Xuan, along with many talented singers and the Choir of the Ho Chi Minh City Opera and Ballet Theater.

The Unification Song is a unique musical journey, recreating the history of national struggle and victory through 3 chapters: The South goes first and comes last, The Battle Song and The Victory Monument.

Chapter II - Battle Song with the medley Footsteps on the Truong Son Range - On the top of Truong Son, we sing to recreate the legendary road - the lifeblood of the resistance. Love you by musician Huy Du is like a heartfelt letter from the battlefield.
Quang Binh, my homeland (Meritorious Artist Van Mai - zither) is an epic about the resilient homeland under bombs and bullets. The medley Hai chi em - Dau com cho me mo di cac takes listeners back to the solid rear during the war, while Song of Hanoi depicts the image of the resilient capital during the Dien Bien Phu in the air campaign.
Chapter III - Victory Monument begins with Ben Tre's Stance - praising the Dong Khoi movement and Southern women. Dak Rong River in spring recreates the spirit of the Central Highlands campaign. The medley Spring in the war zone - Greetings to the liberation army celebrating the great spring victory paints a picture of the great spring victory of 1975.
