Collecting comments on documents of the 1st Congress of Hoa Dien Commune Party Committee (An Giang Province)

On July 29, Hoa Dien commune (An Giang province) held a meeting of the Party Executive Committee to collect comments on documents of the 1st Party Congress of the commune, term 2025-2023; and to review the socio-economic situation in the first 7 months of 2025.

According to the People's Committee of Hoa Dien commune, the socio -economic situation of the commune after the merger is relatively stable. In the 2025 summer-autumn rice crop, the whole commune has planted 20,370 hectares, reaching 100% of the plan, the rice is in the flowering stage, with few pests and diseases. The commune strives for a yield of over 6.04 tons/ha, an output of over 122,000 tons. The aquaculture area reaches 1,497 hectares, including high-tech intensive shrimp farming, rice-shrimp farming, and freshwater fish farming. The estimated harvest output is over 2,000 tons.

Administrative reform has achieved many positive results, administrative procedures are resolved quickly, neatly, effectively, without causing inconvenience to the people. The rate of digitalization of records reached 93.44%, the rate of timely resolution of records reached 100%.

At the conference, delegates contributed opinions to the documents of the 1st Party Congress of the commune, term 2025-2030, on many issues, such as: Targets, tasks, solutions, breakthroughs in the term 2025-2030, socio-economic development orientations of Hoa Dien commune in the coming term.

Secretary of Hoa Dien Commune Party Committee Le Thanh Huong (standing) delivered a concluding speech at the conference.

In his concluding remarks at the conference, Secretary of the Hoa Dien Commune Party Committee Le Thanh Huong acknowledged the delegates' comments and highly appreciated the sense of responsibility of the Document Subcommittee for its careful research and preparation of the content of the draft Political Report to serve the Congress.

Hoa Dien Commune Party Secretary Le Thanh Huong requested the Document Subcommittee to coordinate with relevant departments and offices to supplement, edit, and complete the documents and send them to the provincial departments, branches, and Party agencies for comments.

It is expected that the Hoa Dien Commune Party Congress will take place in 2 days (August 26 and 27, 2025).
