Inbound: Telescopic conveyor systems are used in truck unloading areas, saving time, ensuring worker safety, improving efficiency and speed of unloading. Singulator - part of the logistics automation system to pre-process parcels by separating bulk or stacked parcels and arranging them in order, speeding up the sorting of goods.

Dim Weight Scanners (DWS) with 6-axis cameras combine weighing and accurately measuring 3D dimensions for packages automatically. The 6-axis camera also enables efficient automatic barcode reading, combined with Machine Learning capabilities to improve the overall system performance. The wheel sort system with O-belt module structures, suitable for small package shapes, improves the compatibility of the entire system.

At the outbound area: The auto-outbound function helps to automatically record the status of goods into the system, ensuring that every package is closely monitored throughout the journey. Sensors at each exit help to redirect the conveyor belt when the exit (bag/trough) is full, combined with signal lights at the exits to help employees recognize and handle full bags and chutes.
