Speaking at the ceremony, Comrade Pham Thi Bich Ha, Vice Chairwoman of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee, emphasized: Environmental protection and climate change adaptation are issues of special importance, having a great impact on the country's sustainable development, ensuring national defense, security and social security. She suggested that the locality strengthen the dissemination of environmental protection and climate change adaptation to each citizen.

Mobilize all people to set an example in maintaining environmental hygiene in public places, practicing a civilized lifestyle, not littering, eliminating harmful habits that affect the environment and being ready to adapt to climate change situations. Actively protect, manage, exploit, use resources and energy economically and effectively. Regularly organize general cleaning in villages and hamlets; encourage every household to plant trees, build flower gardens, ornamental plants, etc.

After the launching ceremony, the Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee and leaders of units and localities planted trees at Nguyen Thai Binh Secondary School, Luong Cach village, Ho Hai commune.
