Talking to a reporter from Dan Viet Newspaper, businesswoman Le Thi Kim Hang shared that starting in 1998, when she was only 13 years old, she and her parents left their hometown of Dong Thap to start a business in the new land of Dak Nong .

Initially, Ms. Hang’s family started with 10 hectares of coffee, pepper and other crops. The new land was fertile but full of challenges, especially since her family was not familiar with the soil and farming conditions in Quang Son.

In the early years, her family faced many difficulties such as pests, erratic weather, high investment costs, and erratic agricultural prices.

However, thanks to her diligence, hard work and determination to overcome all difficulties, Ms. Hang has gradually stabilized and developed production.

Not stopping at production, Ms. Hang also sees great potential in agricultural and fertilizer business.

In 2003, Ms. Hang opened Tu Hai agricultural product purchasing agency, now named Hoang Vinh - Kim Hang with an area of ​​900m2 of agricultural product purchasing and processing warehouse, purchasing more than 300 tons of coffee and pepper annually and distributing 500 tons of fertilizer.

Currently, Ms. Hang is also taking care of 11 hectares of Dona durian with about 2,000 trees.

Mr. K' Sieng, Chairman of the Farmers' Association of Quang Son Commune, Dak Glong District (Dak Nong Province) said that Ms. Hang is not only a good farmer and successful businesswoman, but also a compassionate person, always willing to help the community.

Ms. Hang regularly supports farmer members by lending capital to invest in production, or selling fertilizer on installment without interest, helping them overcome difficulties and develop the economy .

In 2017, businesswoman Kim Hang contributed more than 700 million VND to build a concrete road to the production area of ​​Quang Tien village, Quang Son commune, Dak Glong district, Dak Nong province.

"Ms. Hang is not only successful in business but also makes great contributions to society.

In 2013, businesswoman Kim Hang sponsored 400 million VND to bring low-voltage electricity to more than 50 households in the area of ​​bridge 25, Quang Tien village, Quang Son commune.

This stable electricity system helps improve the living and production conditions of households.

In addition, in 2017, Ms. Hang also contributed more than 700 million VND to build a concrete road to the production area (Quang Tien village, Quang Son) and invested in installing 30 solar lamp posts, creating favorable conditions and security for the area.

Every month, businesswoman Kim Hang contributes 200 kg of rice to the Charity Kitchen of Dak Nong General Hospital to support disadvantaged patients.

Businesswoman Kim Hang also stands out for her kindness in charity activities. During the Covid-19 pandemic, she supported dozens of tons of rice and cooked for people in quarantine, regardless of the hardship.

Every month, she contributes 200 kg of rice to the Charity Kitchen of Dak Nong General Hospital to support disadvantaged patients.
