Although the dragon mascot cluster decorating the Lunar New Year 2024 of Binh Dinh province will not be completed until February 1, many people are curious to see and are excited when 2 additional dragon mascots have just been erected in the display area.
Mr. Nguyen Ngoc Luong (47 years old, in Quy Nhon City) said: "I saw on social networks some dragon mascots of some provinces and only the one in Quang Tri is beautiful. In Binh Dinh, the secondary dragon pair is so magnificent, so the main dragon must be very beautiful."

According to Mr. Luong, the dragon's posture is very majestic and brave, like the style of the "land of martial arts, sky of literature". The sculptors were also wonderful in decorating and painting the dragon with very bright colors, looking very cheerful.
Mr. Nguyen Van Tuan (39 years old, in Quy Nhon) is eagerly waiting for the completion of this year's mascot cluster of Binh Dinh.

According to Mr. Ta Xuan Chanh, Director of the Department of Culture and Sports of Binh Dinh province, the mascot symbol for the 2024 Lunar New Year of the Dragon includes 3 dragon mascots (2 small secondary dragons and 1 large main dragon), in addition to miniature landscapes. The display area is about 105m long and nearly 40m wide.
Binh Dinh's dragon mascot symbol has the theme "Pride in the tradition of Father Dragon - Mother Fairy" based on the Vietnamese folk legend of Lac Long Quan and Au Co.
The unique feature of the Binh Dinh mascot symbol in 2024 when viewed from above is the image of a large dragon head (Photo: Doan Cong).
This is the legend of a hundred eggs hatching a hundred children as a pride in the Dragon Fairy race and the historical and cultural traditions of the Vietnamese people with the aspiration to rise of the country and homeland of Binh Dinh.

The unique feature is that the entire exhibition area seen from above forms a large dragon head that can change colors and sparkle at night.
According to the Department of Culture and Sports of Binh Dinh province, the mascot cluster of Binh Dinh province is expected to be inaugurated on February 1 and displayed until February 18 (December 22 of the year of the Cat to January 9 of the year of the Dragon).
