The political awareness campaign was implemented seriously and synchronously from the grassroots level to subordinate agencies and units, aiming to thoroughly disseminate directives and regulations from higher authorities on political and ideological education, troop management, adherence to state laws and military discipline, and ensuring safety in mission performance. This was also an opportunity for Party committees and commanders at all levels to accurately assess the current state of management, maintain regular order, and ensure discipline among officers and soldiers; identify shortcomings, limitations, their causes, and propose solutions tailored to the specific circumstances and tasks of each agency and unit.

The Political Department of the Quang Ninh Provincial Military Command organized a conference.
The 244th Regiment (Quang Ninh Provincial Military Command) held a conference.

At the conference, the units thoroughly understood Directive No. 76/CT-BQP dated April 28, 2026, of the Minister of National Defense on strengthening political education, ideological management, maintaining discipline, and ensuring safety in the Vietnam People's Army; and reported on the disciplinary compliance situation of the entire army, the Military Region, and the provincial armed forces in the past period. They also focused on discussing and clarifying the causes of safety incidents and disciplinary violations; analyzing factors affecting the morale of the troops, especially in the context of performing new tasks, with troops operating in dispersed and constantly mobile positions.

The Command Board of Defense Zone 1 - Quang Ha (Quang Ninh Provincial Military Command) organized a conference.

The Military Command of Quang Yen Ward (under the Military Command of Quang Ninh Province) organized a conference.

The political atmosphere in the units was democratic, frank, and responsible. Many participants proposed practical solutions such as strengthening the monitoring and management of military personnel's ideology; promoting the exemplary role of officers at all levels; strictly maintaining regular discipline and daily/weekly routines; boosting the activities of mass organizations; and strengthening inspection work to promptly detect and strictly handle violations.

Through this political activity, we aim to raise awareness and responsibility, build a sense of self-discipline in complying with State laws and military discipline among officers and soldiers; strengthen unity and solidarity; build absolutely safe agencies and units in all aspects; and contribute to building strong, comprehensive, "exemplary and outstanding" provincial armed forces, successfully fulfilling all assigned tasks.
