DNVN - On the evening of November 15 in Ho Chi Minh City, PropertyGuru announced the winners of the 10th PropertyGuru Vietnam Real Estate Awards.
CapitaLand Development (Vietnam) was named the Most Sustainable Real Estate Developer and received the Social Contribution Award, a new title for this year's program.
First held in 2015, the event has become one of the most prestigious awards in the real estate industry. To celebrate this special milestone, the 2024 program will for the first time award the Real Estate Developer of the Decade, honoring outstanding winners from previous seasons such as CapitaLand Development (Vietnam), Gamuda Land, Keppel Vietnam, Khang Dien House Investment and Trading Joint Stock Company, ParkCity Group, Phu Long Real Estate Joint Stock Company and Son Kim Real Estate Joint Stock Company.
In addition, the ceremony also honored the best units in the industrial real estate segment. Of which, Core5 Vietnam, a member of Indochina Kajima, won the title of Best Industrial Real Estate Developer. Winning industrial projects include Rang Dong Textile Industrial Park (Aurora IP) of Cat Tuong Real Estate Group Joint Stock Company and SLP Park Long Hau of SEA Logistics (VN) Company Limited.
Another notable milestone was the launch of the Sustainable Design Awards, with Keppel Vietnam taking the inaugural award. The developer was also honored for its Gladia By The Waters project, a joint venture with Khang Dien, and Hanoi Centre project...
Mr. Bach Duong - General Director of Batdongsan.com.vn (a member of PropertyGuru Group) commented: “In October 2024, the demand for real estate in Vietnam increased by 22% compared to the same period last year, the number of real estate listings, which partly reflects the supply, also increased by 13%.
