Series of real estate projects included in land use plans of Hanoi districts

(Dan Tri) - The Hanoi People's Committee has just approved the 2025 land use plan for the districts of Tay Ho, Ha Dong, Nam Tu Liem, and Bac Tu Liem.

The Hanoi People's Committee has just issued Decision No. 123 approving the 2025 land use plan for Ha Dong district. According to the decision, the list of projects included in the 2025 land use plan for Ha Dong district includes 38 projects with a total area of over 266.7 hectares.

These include projects such as Van Phu New Urban Area (road project) of the investor Van Phu - Invest Investment Joint Stock Company; Van La Residential Area project of the investor Song Da Urban and Industrial Park Development Investment Joint Stock Company (SUDICO); Duong Noi New Urban Area (road project) of the investor Nam Cuong Hanoi Group Joint Stock Company.

The Hanoi People's Committee has also just issued Decision No. 119 approving the land use plan for Tay Ho district in 2025. According to the decision, the list of works and projects included in this year's land use plan of this district includes 89 projects with a total area of nearly 349 hectares.

This list includes projects such as the construction of Nam Thang Long Urban Area (Ciputra) by Nam Thang Long Urban Area Development Company Limited; the Tay Ho Tay New Urban Area Center project (phase 2) by THT Development Company Limited; and the Phu Thuong Ward Residential Area by Transport Investment and Construction Joint Stock Company.

The list includes the urban area of the exchange city of Vigeba International Investment and Construction Joint Stock Company; the infrastructure investment project of the diplomatic corps in Hanoi of Hanoi Construction Corporation - JSC; Nam Thang Long Urban Area (Ciputra) of Nam Thang Long Urban Area Development Company Limited; and the Co Nhue New Urban Area project of Nam Cuong Hanoi Group Joint Stock Company - Ha Tay branch.

The City People's Committee assigns the People's Committees of the above districts to announce and publicize the land use plan in accordance with the provisions of the law on land. Carry out land recovery in accordance with the approved land use plan.

At the same time, the above units shall organize inspections of the implementation of land use plans; promptly detect and handle violations of land use plans; strengthen inspection and supervision of the implementation of land use plans to ensure the feasibility of the 2025 land use plan; balance and determine capital sources to implement the land use plan to ensure the feasibility of the land use plan.

The People's Committees of these districts are responsible for reporting the results of land use plan implementation before October 15.

The Department of Natural Resources and Environment of Hanoi City is responsible for implementing land allocation, land lease, and land use purpose conversion in accordance with the approved land use plan. This Department is assigned to organize the inspection of the implementation of the land use plan; regularly update works and projects (qualified) to submit to the City People's Committee for approval to supplement the annual land use plan list according to regulations.
