A series of senior TNS Holdings leaders resigned.

Three-fifths of TNS Holdings' Board of Directors, including the chairman and vice chairman, resigned for personal reasons.

TNS Holdings (TN1) has just announced the resignation of 3/5 members of the Board of Directors, including Ms. Nguyen Thu Trang - Chairwoman, Mr. Nguyen Viet Son - Vice Chairwoman and Mr. Phan Anh Son - Member. All three of these personnel resigned for personal reasons.

Another common point of the recently resigned personnel is that they used to hold or are currently holding positions at Maritime Bank (MSB) and TNG Holdings.

According to the 2022 management report, the Chairman of TNS Holdings has worked at MSB for nearly 10 years, most recently as the bank's human resources director. In addition, Ms. Trang also holds the role of human resources director at TNG Holdings and several other member companies.

Similarly, Mr. Nguyen Viet Son, Vice President of TNS Holdings, was appointed as Director of MSB Strategic Clients from December 2022. He previously worked at this bank from 2008 to 2013. Mr. Phan Anh Son has held the position of Deputy General Director at TNG Holdings since 2018.

TNS Holdings Trading and Services Joint Stock Company was established at the end of 2014 with a charter capital of nearly 500 billion VND. Of which, Sao Hom Investment Company Limited owns more than 51%,FPT Investment Fund Management Company owns more than 10%.

This enterprise operates under the "holdings" model (i.e., a company operating in multiple industries and related and complementary industries), holding controlling shares in many subsidiaries. By the end of the third quarter, TNS Holdings had 5 direct subsidiaries and 4 indirect subsidiaries. These enterprises mainly operate in the fields of real estate management services, information technology, investment promotion, and providing professional security and cleaning services.

At the same time as announcing the resignation of the Board of Directors members, TNS Holdings also approved the change of capital management representatives at a series of member companies, such as TN Property Management, TNTalent, TNTech or Bidding and Valuation Trading and Consulting Company.
