Depending on the region and the maker, the ingredients of the dessert may vary slightly. However, it basically has sticky rice, tapioca pearls, lotus seeds, bean dessert, jelly, coconut milk, etc. The name “three colors” comes from the dessert having layers of red, yellow, and green.

Meanwhile, the Vietnamese version of flan or caramel (number 24) is also highly appreciated by the famous website for its smooth texture and attractive sweet flavor.

Che troi nuoc (No. 30) is a Vietnamese dessert that impresses diners with its fragrant sweet soup made with palm sugar and ginger. The dish is further enhanced by soft, chewy balls filled with smooth mung bean paste.
