On May 12, Long Nhat attracted attention when he posted an announcement of his resignation as Chairman of the Jury of two music competitions.

On his personal page, the male singer wrote: "I am Dinh Long Nhat (singer Long Nhat). From today (May 12), I officially resign and will no longer be the Chairman of the Jury Board of the 2 contests Vietnam Golden Voice Bolero 2025 and Vietnam Homeland Love Songs ."

Sharing with Dan Tri reporter, Long Nhat said that he also received many questions, wondering why he left the position of Chairman of the Jury, a position that many people dream of. He said that the reason for his withdrawal was because of poor health.

"I just finished the Vietnam Bolero Golden Voice 2025 contest and then continued with Vietnam Homeland Love Songs, I'm so tired. My son and father are also sick. I promised to balance family and work, but recently I've been leaning too much towards work," Long Nhat said.

The male singer also apologized and hoped the audience would sympathize with him.

Singer Long Nhat's real name is Dinh Long Nhat, born in 1967 in Quang Tri , grew up in Hue in a family with a literary tradition. He became famous in the early 1990s with his high, expressive voice and emotional performance style.
