Class with national valedictorian
After knowing the exam scores of all the students in the class, teacher Dinh Cao Thuong, homeroom teacher of class 12B1, Kim Son A High School ( Ninh Binh province) was extremely happy.
The students' results were beyond the teacher's expectations. The whole class had a brilliant exam season and got a lot of 10s.

First of all, we have to mention Nguyen Thai An, the deputy head of class 12B1, the most excellent student in the class and school of teacher Dinh Cao Thuong. An achieved 30/30 points in block A00 and became the valedictorian of the whole country.
Talking to Dan Tri reporter, teacher Dinh Cao Thuong happily said that he was very happy and proud of his little student who became the national valedictorian. Although, before that, the exam results were assessed by both teacher and student to be a perfect score. But when seeing the scores of 3 natural subjects, reaching 3 points of 10, the joy was like exploding.
"Nguyen Thai An is an all-round excellent student in all subjects, especially in natural sciences. In addition to math, physics, and chemistry, An is also good at English. At the end of grade 11 and the beginning of grade 12, An achieved an IELTS score of 8.0. He has always been the top student in the school. Therefore, An was selected to join the Party while in grade 12," said Mr. Thuong.

It is known that in addition to achieving 3 points of 10 in block A00, Thai An also achieved 8.25 points in literature, raising the total graduation score to 38.25. Previously, at the Hanoi National University's capacity assessment exam, he achieved 123/150 points, ranking among the top outstanding students nationwide.
Nguyen Thai An shared that with this proud result, he will apply to Hanoi University of Pharmacy - the prestigious school he has always dreamed of.
10 points and proud results
Teacher Dinh Cao Thuong continued to share his joy, in the recent high school graduation exam, class 12B1 under his guidance, in addition to Nguyen Thai An, who was the top student in the A00 group nationwide, also "received a bumper crop" of 10 points, when the whole class had 7 10 points in the exam subjects.

Specifically, 2 students scored 10 in math, 4 students in physics and 1 student in chemistry. The whole class had 4 students scoring 28 points or more, and 12 students scored 27 points or more.
The homeroom teacher proudly said: “The average math score of the class is 8.48; physics 8.83; chemistry 8.53. The class has 47 students with very good exam results, besides that many students have high results in the ability and thinking assessment test and have IELTS certificates. These results create many opportunities to be admitted to top universities.”
Mr. Dinh Cao Thuong has been with the class for 3 years, the final results of class 12B1 are an exceptional achievement that makes the homeroom teacher very happy. The teacher calls the class a "special collective" - a place where all students are empowered, not only by knowledge, but also by the spirit of sharing.
According to teacher Thuong, the above successes are due to the close coordination between teachers - parents - students. Especially, there is the close attention from the school board, always accompanying and creating all conditions for students to study and develop their full potential.

What moves the teacher more is the affection, maturity and solidarity of the students.
“Every exam season, what I remember most is the look in the students’ eyes when they say goodbye. The classroom is a journey and this year, that journey is so beautiful,” Mr. Thuong confided.
