According to Sina, Liu Xiaoqing has just been accused of tax evasion and fraud. The person who filed the complaint against the actress is a man named Wang. In the complaint, Mr. Wang said that Liu Xiaoqing is the person who registered the Shanghai Yixi Cultural Media Center. This unit used the name of image representation fee to turn the 3.3 million yuan (11.8 billion VND) loan into personal income.

In addition, this enterprise also issued value-added tax invoices at a tax rate of 6% to avoid personal income tax of over 27%.

“The above enterprise has no actual business location, no employees and no social insurance payment records,” the complaint said.

On May 16, Liu Xiaoqing denied the incident. The actress affirmed that she did not know the man surnamed Wang, nor had she ever worked directly with him. Liu Xiaoqing affirmed that the other party had framed her, taking advantage of her celebrity status to cause the incident, thereby inciting public opinion in order to achieve her own goals.
