The Social Insurance has just issued a notice to remind people when paying for voluntary social insurance and family health insurance through the collection service organization.
Specifically, to ensure their legitimate rights, after paying money, people require the collection service organization to provide an electronic receipt or receipt; Recheck personal information, phone number, amount paid, time participating in voluntary social insurance, time participating in family health insurance, etc.

Personal information must be consistent with the information on the CCCD (if participating for the first time) or the information declared to the Social Insurance agency (renew the health insurance card or continue to participate in voluntary social insurance). If any discrepancy is detected, people should report it to the Collection Service Organization for immediate handling.
In addition, people should proactively check their participation in voluntary social insurance and family health insurance, especially the validity period of the health insurance card, to avoid interruptions and impacts on medical examination and treatment benefits.
People can check information through official channels such as: VssID application - Social Insurance number; VNeID application; National Public Service Portal (https://dichvucong.gov.vn); Vietnam Social Insurance electronic information portal (https://baohiemxahoi.gov.vn); Through messages from the Social Insurance agency (implemented from June 1, 2025).
In case the voluntary social insurance participation process, the health insurance card value has not been recorded or the number of months of participation is not recorded correctly, people should report directly to the collection service organization where the payment was made, or go to the nearest social insurance agency for timely support.
