Binh Que Commune Front cooperates to help 18 households escape poverty and near poverty

Over the past 5 years, the people of Binh Que commune have donated 10,000 square meters of land, architectural structures and contributed funds totaling 1.5 billion VND to build many cultural works and institutions. The commune's Fatherland Front and mass organizations have helped 14 households escape poverty and 4 households escape near-poverty. The Fund for the Poor has raised 460 million VND, and 13 solidarity houses have been built and repaired.

The Commune Front mobilized philanthropists to give nearly 3,500 gifts worth more than 1 billion VND on holidays and Tet, contributing to the locality reducing the poverty rate to 3.3%.
