Mbappe sues PSG again.

Kylian Mbappe has just taken a shocking legal step by filing a complaint against Paris Saint-Germain (PSG) for moral harassment and attempted extortion.

According to French media, the case is being handled by two French judges and is part of a judicial investigation opened earlier after Mbappe officially filed a complaint on May 16th. Previously, Mbappe and PSG were involved in a lawsuit regarding the 55 million euro salary and bonuses of the player born in 1998.

This time, Mbappe accused PSG of forcing him to sign a new contract in 2023 amidst tensions between the two sides, after he refused to extend his own contract. Instead of training with the first team, the 1998-born player was moved to a "communal quarters," a place for players who were excluded from the team's plans.

According to Mbappe, this move was coercive and threatening, aimed at forcing him to agree to a new contract or face isolation and being barred from playing.

Mbappe has consistently caused problems for his former club.

Sources close to the French striker say this action is not only discriminatory but also a serious violation of the professional rights of a player.

Mbappe's lawyers claim that PSG acted illegally to pressure him into signing a contract he did not want, and refused to pay €55 million, including loyalty bonuses and unpaid wages for the 2022/23 season.

Notably, the identity of the person Mbappe is suing has not been publicly revealed, but is believed to be directly connected to the PSG management at the time. This lawsuit marks an escalation of tension between Mbappe and his former club, which had already been severely strained before his official move to Real Madrid on a free transfer in the summer of 2024.

If PSG is found to have committed wrongdoing, the legal and reputational consequences would be a major blow to the Parisian club's prestige.
