According to Baoquocte, the Microsoft Copilot application allows users to ask questions, summarize complex texts, draft documents, and create images using artificial intelligence (AI)... In addition, this AI chatbot can also become an image creation tool to produce AI artwork directly on users' mobile devices, thanks to the integration of OpenAI's DALL-E3 technology.
Unlike the free ChatGPT chatbot version which runs on GPT-3.5, Copilot allows users to access GPT-4, OpenAI's latest large language model, at no cost.
Microsoft stated: "By combining the power of GPT-4 with the imaginative capabilities of DALL-E3, the Copilot AI chatbot not only enhances the design process but can also take your creativity to an inspiring new level."
Microsoft's renaming of Bing Chat to Copilot suggests the company is aiming for independent AI chatbot experiences similar to ChatGPT. Furthermore, the Windows manufacturer has created a dedicated website for Copilot, separate from Bing.
Microsoft is expected to launch the Surface Pro 10 and Surface Laptop 6 in 2024.
The new Surface models will come with a choice of Qualcomm Snapdragon X-series chips or the latest Intel CPUs, offering users enhanced processing power options. These devices are also expected to be capable of running AI features that Microsoft plans to integrate into future Windows operating systems.

Additionally, the Surface Pro 10 will feature a brighter display, HDR support, and an anti-glare coating, with resolution options of 2160 x 1440 or 2880 x 1920. According to an anonymous source, the device may have rounded corners similar to the Microsoft Surface Laptop Studio series and support a new detachable keyboard with a Windows Copilot activation button.
For smaller Surface models like the Laptop 6, the display will be 13.8 inches (larger than the 13.5-inch screen of the Surface Laptop 5), while the 15-inch models will retain the same size. The design is also expected to have rounded corners and thinner bezels.
Regarding connectivity, Windows Central reports that the new Surface models may feature additional ports, including two USB-C ports, one USB-A port, and a Surface Connect charging port. Additionally, they may include a haptic touchpad and a Windows Copilot activation button.
