According to the meteorological agency, over the past 24 hours (7 PM on November 22nd - 7 PM on November 23rd), the provinces from Thua Thien Hue to Phu Yen experienced moderate to heavy rainfall, with some areas receiving very heavy rain, such as: Bach Ma (Thua Thien Hue) 407.6mm; Ba Na ( Da Nang ) 300.2mm; Tra My (Quang Nam) 264.6mm, etc.

According to meteorological agencies, soil moisture models indicate that some areas in these provinces are nearing saturation (over 85%) or have reached saturation.

Warning: In the next 3-6 hours, the above-mentioned provinces will continue to experience rain, with accumulated rainfall amounts generally as follows: Binh Dinh 40-80mm, with some areas exceeding 120mm; Thua Thien Hue, Da Nang, Quang Nam, and Quang Ngai 20-50mm, with some areas exceeding 90mm; Phu Yen 10-25mm, with some areas exceeding 50mm.

Over the next 6 hours, there is a risk of flash floods on small rivers and streams, and landslides on slopes in many districts of the aforementioned provinces.

Flash floods, landslides, and land subsidence caused by heavy rains can negatively impact the environment, threaten people's lives, cause localized traffic congestion, destroy public and economic infrastructure, and damage production and socio-economic activities.

The meteorological agency recommends that local authorities pay attention to reviewing bottlenecks and vulnerable locations in their areas to ensure safety.
