On April 11, 2025, Mr. Le Hong Quang - General Director of MISA Joint Stock Company attended the seminar "Impact of US reciprocal tax policy on manufacturing enterprises" organized by the Hanoi Association of Key Industrial Products Manufacturing Enterprises (HAMI).

The event also had the participation of speakers: Mr. Le Vinh Son - Chairman of HAMI Association, Chairman of Son Ha Group, Mr. Nguyen Xuan Phu - Vice Chairman of HAMI Association, Chairman of Sunhouse Group, Mr. Nguyen Ngoc Chung - Export Mechanical Tools Joint Stock Company (EMTC).

Speaking at the seminar, Mr. Le Hong Quang - General Director of MISA commented that the US reciprocal tax policy is a big challenge for manufacturing enterprises in Vietnam, especially those with export activities to the US market.
“Although MISA is a technology company and is not directly affected by the reciprocal tax policy, MISA operates in a business ecosystem, in a mutual relationship between customers and suppliers. When customers are affected, MISA is also indirectly affected,” Mr. Quang emphasized.
Specifically, when manufacturing businesses face cash flow difficulties, they will hesitate to invest in technology solutions. However, Mr. Quang believes that in the current context, investment in technology should not be delayed, but on the contrary, should be considered a key solution to help businesses overcome difficulties. Because, in the face of unpredictable moves from US policy, businesses need tools to help them maximize their ability to control costs, balance spending, and at the same time promote the ability to forecast the market to build long-term response scenarios.
He commented: “In this challenging period, businesses need smart management tools to proactively respond and strengthen sustainable competitiveness.”
From the experience of supporting hundreds of thousands of Vietnamese businesses, MISA has been providing comprehensive digital solutions in management, from accounting - finance, human resources, sales to operations. These platforms are integrated with advanced technologies such as artificial intelligence (AI), helping businesses optimize resources, control cash flow, avoid waste, and at the same time, promptly detect risks, analyze and forecast based on data, to master changes in a challenging market context.
Previously, MISA also committed to the Government to invest 2,500 billion VND in the next 5 years to build a large language model (LLM) - part of the "Make in Vietnam" AI development strategy. The goal is to create platforms similar to Vietnam's "DeepSeek", helping business management become smarter and more effective.
With over 30 years of experience in the technology field, MISA is committed to accompanying Vietnamese businesses to overcome challenges, adapt flexibly and develop sustainably in the digital age.
