The open-top bus of Tay Thai Binh Duong Investment and Tourism Joint Stock Company takes tourists to famous attractions in the coastal city.

Previously, Tay Thai Binh Duong Investment and Tourism Joint Stock Company was permitted by Khanh Hoa Provincial People's Committee to pilot the open-top bus "Nha Trang Bus City Tour". to serve tourists visiting historical sites and scenic spots in Nha Trang city center and enjoying the city view at night. The bus route uses a single-decker mini bus with an open-top design, operating continuously from 8:30 a.m. to 10:45 p.m. every day. Tourists can get on and off at stops such as Tram Huong Tower, Ponagar Tower, Long Son Pagoda, Institute of Oceanography , Dam Market, etc. On the bus, there is a bilingual tour guide providing live commentary, combined with a multilingual audio system (English, Chinese, Korean, Russian), providing a friendly and accessible experience for international tourists.

Immediately after its launch, this tourism product has received positive responses from tourists. To facilitate the access of residents and tourists to the service, Tay Thai Binh Duong Company coordinated with the Nha Trang City Public Service Management Board to open 5 ticket kiosks located in central locations, including: near Louisiane restaurant (Tran Phu coastal park); next to 2-4 Square (opposite Novotel hotel); coastal park (opposite Lodge hotel); opposite Nha Trang Center Shopping Mall (20 Tran Phu); and opposite Muong Thanh Vien Trieu building (Pham Van Dong street).

Tourists can see the NhaTrang Bus City Tour schedule at the ticket kiosk located next to Tran Phu Street, Nha Trang.

Ms. Nguyen Thi Anh Cuc - Deputy General Director of Tay Thai Binh Duong Investment and Tourism Joint Stock Company said that the kiosks are designed to stand out, integrate a diverse payment system (cash, POS, bank transfer), with a team of bilingual Vietnamese - English tour guides to provide enthusiastic support. In addition to selling tickets, the staff also advises on tourist attractions, introduces typical tourist services of the city, helping visitors easily schedule their experiences. "Opening ticket sales points will contribute to enhancing the free travel experience for visitors, while reducing traffic on the coastal route, which is very crowded during the peak summer season," Ms. Anh Cuc shared.
