"Magnet" attracting foreign investors
Currently, Binh Phuoc has 15 industrial parks with an area of 6,061 hectares and Hoa Lu Border Gate Economic Zone with an area of tens of thousands of hectares along with many industrial clusters with completed infrastructure and traffic connecting the region and seaports. According to the approved plan, by 2030, the total land area of the province's industrial parks will be 18,105 hectares, ready to meet the needs of domestic and foreign investors. In particular, the land rental price in Binh Phuoc's industrial parks only fluctuates around 80-100 USD/ m2 , while neighboring provinces have prices around 130-150 USD/ m2 . This is considered a comparative advantage, a factor for "big guys" such as CP Thailand; Hayat Turkey; Sung Ju - Samsung, Japfa... to come to Binh Phuoc to find investment opportunities.
Alternate member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Ton Ngoc Hanh and Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Tran Tue Hien presented the investment registration certificate and flowers to congratulate Chairman of HAOHUA Vietnam Co., Ltd. Vuong Khac Cuong, the largest FDI investor ever in Binh Phuoc province.
In particular, recently another “big guy” in the tire manufacturing industry has spent hundreds of millions of USD to invest in the largest project in Binh Phuoc province. That is the HaoHua Tire Factory project (Vietnam) of investor Shandong HaoHua Tire under HaoHua Group (China), with an investment capital of 500 million USD, a scale of 14.4 million sets of tires/year.
With the “4 good foundations”, Binh Phuoc is a fertile land attracting “big guys” to invest in industrial development. In the photo: Alternate member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Ton Ngoc Hanh visits the HAOHUA Tire Factory (Vietnam) - one of the largest FDI projects of Binh Phuoc province to date.
With a modern production line, each year HAOHUA Tire Factory (Vietnam) will produce about 14.4 million sets of tires, consuming about 120,420 tons of natural rubber and synthetic rubber per year.
During a visit to the HaoHua Tire Factory, Alternate Member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Ton Ngoc Hanh affirmed: The presence of the enterprise is of special importance to Binh Phuoc, because after coming into operation, it will consume about 120,420 tons of natural rubber and synthetic rubber per year; creating jobs for about 1,600 local workers and 200 foreign workers. This is of special importance to Binh Phuoc province - the locality with the largest rubber plantation area in the country with more than 240,000 hectares. Hopefully, in the coming time, the enterprise will prioritize the use of local raw materials to contribute to increasing the province's rubber industry revenue, promoting economic restructuring and increasing income for Binh Phuoc people.
