From policy credit capital, many people in the border district of Ea Sup have developed many models that bring high economic efficiency, gradually stabilizing their lives and rising out of poverty sustainably.
Mango garden model of Mr. Dang Van Thuong's family (Cu Mlan commune) after borrowing 60 million VND to invest in a drip irrigation system and fertilizer to care for the mango garden. Each year, his family earns hundreds of millions of VND.

Accompanying young people in economic development
In order to promote the start-up movement, establish a business, help young people develop the economy, eliminate hunger and reduce poverty, the Vietnam Youth Union of Dak Lak province has established a Start-up Fund. In which, each young household can borrow 20 million VND/project for a period of 12-24 months without interest. To date, the capital has supported 53 young people with start-up projects.

In the 2019-2024 term alone, the provincial chapters have provided advice, job skills guidance and training on science and technology transfer to over 112,000 youth members; organized 265 activities to support start-ups and entrepreneurship; supported 106 youth start-up projects with a total capital of over 2.2 billion VND.

The family of Mr. Y Grin Knul (Cu M'gar commune, Cu M'gar district) has 1.6 hectares of coffee intercropped with durian. Previously, due to lack of investment capital, productivity was low. Through the village's Youth Union, he received support for a loan. He invested in installing a drip irrigation system and fertilizing the garden. In 2024, his family's durian and coffee garden generated an income of about 500 million.
Mr. Y Grin Knul said that thanks to preferential loans, many families in the village and commune have invested in economic development. Thanks to that, people's lives have stabilized.
