According to initial information, at around 9:04 a.m. the same day, a tractor trailer (driver's identity unknown) was traveling from National Highway 26 to Phu Yen province. When arriving at the above location, the vehicle suddenly collided with an electric bicycle carrying 4 students.
Currently, the authorities are continuing to investigate the cause of the accident and handle it according to regulations.
