Director of Thai Nguyen University honored at Vietnam Glory Program

On the evening of June 22, at the Vietnam - Soviet Union Friendship Cultural Palace (Hanoi), the program "Glory of Vietnam 2025" with the theme "Pride and Aspiration" took place solemnly, to honor outstanding collectives and individuals in the patriotic emulation movement, making outstanding contributions to the cause of building and defending the Fatherland.

Mr. Ho Duc Phoc, Member of the Party Central Committee, Deputy Prime Minister and Ms. Nguyen Thi Thu Ha, Member of the Party Central Committee, Vice President - General Secretary of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front presented the emblem to the individual honored at the program.

The program is directed by the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor , organized by Lao Dong Newspaper, in coordination with the Central Emulation and Reward Committee, the Central Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Committee and relevant agencies. This year, 19 typical faces were honored, including 13 groups and 6 outstanding individuals in many fields.

Among the individuals honored, Associate Professor Dr. Hoang Van Hung, Director of Thai Nguyen University, is a typical representative of theeducation and training sector. He was recognized for his outstanding contributions to leadership, innovation in higher education and development of high-quality human resources.

With extensive experience in scientific research, training and educational management, Associate Professor Dr. Hoang Van Hung and the unit's leadership have turned Thai Nguyen University into a leading training and research center in the midland and mountainous region of the North.
