According to Ms. Le Thi Thoai, residing in Ninh Binh hamlet , Bau Nang commune, Duong Minh Chau district, implementing the criteria of "5 no, 3 clean" has brought positive results in the program of building new rural areas. People do not litter, in front of each house there is a self-managed trash can. Daily household waste is collected by people, put into a covered bin, and then the waste collection unit takes it away for treatment. "If the roads are clean and beautiful, the surrounding living space is both beautiful and clean, people will be happier and healthier" - Ms. Thoai said.

Thereby, helping over 12,000 members to borrow nearly 242 billion VND; mobilizing and connecting sources to support 636 members to start/develop businesses with 3.6 billion VND; coordinating with the Women's Charity Club to give 11 breeding cows to members and poor women, worth 252 million VND; 1,554 households achieved "5 no, 3 clean" families, 475 households escaped poverty according to multidimensional poverty criteria.
With models and movements to preserve and protect the environment of Women's Unions at all levels in the province, they have been spreading strongly, creating positive effects in the community, contributing to the implementation of civilized urban lifestyle, participating in building new rural areas.
