Mr. Bui Tu Hai: Implementing Resolution No. 57 -NQ/TW, the Department of Agriculture and Environment of Ca Mau province has comprehensively implemented tasks related to science and technology, innovation, and digital transformation, considering this as an important foundation for restructuring the agricultural sector towards a green, sustainable direction and adaptation to climate change, initially yielding positive results.

Ca Mau province is gradually developing high-tech shrimp farming models, ecological shrimp farming under mangrove forests, rice-shrimp farming, organic production, and reducing emissions in agriculture. Simultaneously, the province is building numerous specialized databases on agriculture, land, environment, fisheries, water resources, and climate change, serving forecasting, management of farming areas, traceability, and environmental warning. The sector is also promoting the application of AI, IoT, and Big Data in production monitoring and disaster warning; reforming administrative procedures, providing online public services, and creating favorable conditions for people and businesses in the digital environment. Resolution No. 57-NQ/TW has brought about significant changes in awareness and action throughout the sector, gradually forming a green, modern agricultural system that applies technology and digital data as a foundation for development.

Mr. Bui Tu Hai: Currently, in Ca Mau province, there are many green production models applying science and technology and digital transformation that are proving effective and suitable to the local natural conditions. A prime example is the ecological shrimp farming model under mangrove forests, which both protects the mangrove ecosystem and produces export-standard products, increasing the economic value for the people.
