Investment invitation for Yen Binh Concentrated Information Technology Park project

On May 26, the Thai Nguyen Department of Finance issued a document inviting interested investors to study and participate in investing in the Yen Binh Concentrated Information Technology Park project. Previously, on November 19, 2024, the Thai Nguyen Provincial People's Committee approved the 1/2000 scale construction zoning plan for the Yen Binh Concentrated Information Technology Park.

Yen Binh Concentrated Information Technology Park project is located close to Ring Road V, near Hanoi - Thai Nguyen highway, convenient for trade and logistics.

The investment scale of Yen Binh Concentrated Information Technology Park Project is 197.61 hectares, the project implementation location is in Tien Phong commune (Pho Yen city) and Nga My commune (Phu Binh district). The total estimated investment of the project is about 3,500 billion VND, the project operation period is 50 years.

The main investment objective of the project is to invest in the construction of architectural highlights including: Management and operation area, service area, software technology research and development area; factories producing and trading information technology products and services in the form of modern ecological architecture suitable for types of information technology and high technology, ensuring consistency between the shape, architectural lines and colors of the area's works.

The time for submitting project registration documents is 10 days, from May 26, 2025 to 5:00 p.m. on June 4, 2025. Interested investors who need to register to implement the project should submit their documents to the Thai Nguyen Provincial Public Administration Service Center for consideration according to regulations. This is one of many projects included by the Department of Finance in the province's Investment Promotion Program in 2025.
