Each person in Khanh Hoa flood area will receive 15kg of rice.

Khanh Hoa province received 2,000 tons of national reserve rice to distribute to people affected by floods.

On the morning of November 25, the Department of Agriculture and Environment of Khanh Hoa province announced the implementation of receiving and distributing 2,000 tons of national reserve rice to support people affected by floods. The handover was carried out with the State Reserve Department of Region XIII to 44 communes and wards, from November 25 to December 1, 2025.

People of Dien Dien commune (Khanh Hoa province) receive food support from donors.

Localities are required to arrange forces and means to receive on schedule, distribute to the right subjects and according to the norm of 15kg/person/month as prescribed in Decree 20/2021. The distribution process must be of the right type, in sufficient quantity, and ensure records and procedures.

The Department also requested that communes and wards that have not received support or have not received enough support proactively use local resources to relieve hunger; in case of difficulty, they need to report to the Department of Agriculture and Rural Development and the Department of Finance for synthesis and submission to the Provincial People's Committee for consideration. Localities must send a report of results within 3 days after the end of reception.
