In the adjustment period on November 27, RON95-III gasoline price decreased by VND540/liter; E5RON92 gasoline price decreased by VND520/liter, E10 gasoline price decreased by VND470/liter, at the same time diesel price decreased by VND1,020/liter; kerosene decreased by VND810/liter, mazut oil product in this period also decreased by VND250/liter compared to the adjustment period on November 20.
The new gasoline prices were jointly announced by the Ministry of Industry and Trade and the Ministry of Finance at 3:00 p.m. this afternoon (November 27). The price of RON95-III gasoline is 20,000 VND/liter, down 540 VND/liter; the price of E10 gasoline is 19,650 VND/liter, down 470 VND/liter; the price of E5RON92 gasoline is 19,280 VND/liter, down 520 VND/liter.
The adjusted price of 0.05S diesel is 18,800 VND/liter, down 1,020 VND/liter; the price of kerosene is 19,470 VND/liter, down 810 VND/liter; the price of 180CST 3.5S fuel oil is 13,480 VND/kg, down 250 VND/kg.

This is the 49th time in 2025 that petroleum products have been adjusted in price. Of which, RON95 gasoline has increased 25 times and decreased 24 times, E10 gasoline has increased 7 times and decreased 9 times; E5RON92 gasoline has increased 24 times and decreased 25 times, diesel oil has increased 24 times, decreased 24 times and kept the price unchanged once and mazut oil has increased 24 times and decreased 25 times.
